The ingredients added to our formulas are simple and provide all nutrients necessary for a dog/cat. There are no artificial preservatives, hormones, bioengineered ingredients (commonly known as GMOs) or meat by-products. Verus utilizes a slow cook- process. A slow cook preparation retains nutrients and flavors and creates a higher starch conversion, which leads to increased stamina and energy in pets. The higher the starch conversion, the higher the digestibility of a product. Verus is always aiming for a 94% starch conversion rate for all our formulas, canine and feline. We utilize freeze dried live probiotics in all our formulas. They are applied after the food is cooked so you have a higher efficacy. All formulas are enriched with Omega 3 Fatty Acids. We utilize the highest quality ingredients the market has to offer and will never waiver.
